Privacy Policy

This website, heynorie.com ("the Site"), is operated by Norie Delgado, doing business as Hey Norie ("I", "me"), based in General Trias, Cavite, Philippines. This policy explains what information the Site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Questions any time: norie@heynorie.com.
What I collect
Information you give me. When you book a fit call, the scheduling form (run by Cal.com) asks for your name, email address, and any notes you choose to share. When you request a free resource or join the mailing list, you provide your email address. When you email me directly, I receive whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site's hosting and content delivery provider keeps standard technical logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. The Site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
How I use it
- To schedule and hold the calls you book, and to follow up afterward
- To send the free resources you request and, if you opt in, occasional emails about operations topics and my services (you can unsubscribe with one click at any time)
- To respond to messages you send me
- To provide services under a client agreement, and to invoice for them
- To keep the Site secure and understand, in aggregate, how it is used
I process this information with your consent, to take steps toward or perform a contract with you, or based on my legitimate interest in running and improving my business. I do not use your information for automated decision-making, and I never sell it.
Who else touches this data
I share information only with the service providers that make the Site and my business run, and only for the purposes above:
- Cal.com handles call scheduling
- Google Workspace handles my email and business documents
- Cloudflare provides hosting, DNS, and content delivery for the Site
- An email marketing platform stores mailing-list addresses and sends the emails you sign up for
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and safeguards. Beyond that, I disclose personal information only if the law requires it. Because these providers operate globally, your information may be processed outside your own country, including in the Philippines and the United States.
How long I keep it
Emails and booking records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to work together and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Mailing-list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask me to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and, for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email norie@heynorie.com and I will respond promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority, which in the Philippines is the National Privacy Commission.
Security
I use reputable providers, access controls, and encrypted connections (HTTPS) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but I take reasonable steps to keep the little data I hold safe.
Children
The Site is a business-services website intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided me information, contact me and I will delete it.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party services such as Cal.com and Upwork. Once you leave the Site, those services' own privacy policies apply.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Meaningful changes to how mailing-list data is used will be announced by email.
