Welcome to heynorie.com ("the Site"), operated by Norie Delgado, doing business as Hey Norie ("I", "me"), based in General Trias, Cavite, Philippines. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.

What this site is for

The Site describes the operations and customer experience services I offer, shares free resources and articles, and lets you book an introductory call. The content is provided for general information about my services. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

Services and proposals

Package descriptions and prices on the Site are a starting point, not a binding offer. Actual engagements are defined by the individual proposal or client agreement we sign, which controls scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. If anything on the Site conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins. Prices on the Site may change at any time; changes never affect an engagement already agreed.

Booking calls

Fit calls are free, carry no obligation on either side, and are scheduled through Cal.com, whose own terms apply to the booking process. I ask that you book a call only if you have a genuine interest in working together, and I reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings.

Free resources and the mailing list

Downloadable resources are for your own use and your organization's internal use. Please don't resell them or republish them as your own. Subscribing to the mailing list is optional, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Content and ownership

The content of the Site, including text, design, graphics, and downloadable resources, belongs to me unless credited otherwise. You're welcome to quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link. Testimonials on the Site are genuine feedback from real clients, quoted from Upwork reviews; identifying details are limited to protect client privacy.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the Site: no attempting to break, overload, or probe it; no scraping it for spam lists; no impersonating me or others through it; and no using it for anything unlawful.

Third-party services

The Site links to services I don't control, such as Cal.com, Upwork, and LinkedIn. I'm not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." I work hard to keep it accurate and online, but I can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and my total liability in connection with the Site is limited to the amount you have paid me through it, which for a free website and free calls is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here limits the terms of a signed client agreement.

Privacy

How I handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be brought in the courts of the Philippines, unless the law of your home country grants you rights to a different venue that cannot be waived.
